This review is from: The Penguin Dictionary of English Idioms (Penguin Reference Books) (Paperback)
Excellent for international students or common students looking for ways to improve their English... with expressions such as neck-to-neck or sell down the river you can become an effective communicator by using this phrases that convey a lot of meaning...I recommend it strongly.
