This hand-book really includes great & useful slangs. That's so nice. If you'd like to know about any kind of patois or vernacular usage in American English, please just purchase it, do it, read it. 'Cause, as all the tools and engines on earth are only extensions of man's limbs and senses, all these slangs are your unlimited language caliber.Once again, I do really thank you to author of this amiable book.:) Warmly,

This is really a good dictionary of American slang.Expressions in this pocket-sized dictionary are a lot useful for me to learn a REAL language spoken by native speakers. That makes my Englsh more natural. But it contains a minimum of slang words,I mean it's TOO essential to learn and use slang expressions of the Unite States. And it's a little high-priced,compared to the quantity.Of course, its QUALITY is much better than other slang dictionaries. Anyway,if you use this one,you can meet a whole new world of American English, not the stuffy one.^^

This is a great pocket dictionary of American (and only American) slang, working just like a regular dictionary. Each word or phrase has a pronunciation using the International Phonetic Alphabet (so you get it just right), its grammatical type, definition, a sentence showing its proper usage, a list of synonyms, and a number rating its offensiveness from 1 (non-offensive, can be used in casual situations) to 6 (hateful and extremely insulting). This is a great book, the best in its class. I highly recommend it.
