Note a Kindle Dictionary,
This review is from: Dictionary of Modern Colloquial French (Kindle Edition)
This dictionary is available to download on a Kindle and Kindle has the ability to change its default dictionary, but what is not in the documentation is that at this time you cannot change your default dictionary to a foreign language dictionary. This is really the only French dictionary available for the Kindle at this time, but if you want to change it to your default dictionary, it is a waste of money, time, and effort.
