This is a good hardbound dictionary, and should be very helpful to an Appraiser, or anyone else interested in real estate. Anyway, to get more information online from any seller, just "click on" the seller's name and submit your Email questions to them. [ISBN-10: 091-178-0742] ~ The Dictionary of real estate appraisal ~ I recommend that you read the "editorial reviews" for the third edition [ISBN-10: 092-215-4120] or the fourth edition for more detailed information. [ISBN-10: 092-215-4724] ~ The Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal, Fourth Edition ~ I went to the Appraisal Institute's Website, and had found that the fifth edition was published in the year 2010. It costs $95.00 for non-members and $75.00 to members. It also has illustrations through out the book. Pleased as punch!,

The product was delivered promptly and in good condition. The product is not as comprehensive in some areas as I had hoped but carried some pleasant surprises in some other areas. The product's shortcomings had nothing to do with the add and I don't know of anything the advertisement could have said to make it more clear. It had more to do with my expectations. Overall I am very pleased.
