This is a good hardbound dictionary, and should be very helpful to an Appraiser, or anyone else interested in real estate.

I went to the Appraisal Institute's Website, and had found that the fifth edition was published in the year 2010. It costs $95.00 for non-members and $75.00 to members. It also has illustrations through out the book. [ISBN-10: 193-532-8077] ~ The Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal

The product was delivered promptly and in good condition. The product is not as comprehensive in some areas as I had hoped but carried some pleasant surprises in some other areas. The product's shortcomings had nothing to do with the add and I don't know of anything the advertisement could have said to make it more clear. It had more to do with my expectations. Overall I am very pleased.
