There are different hardbound versions available of this Appraisal Dictionary. Any version should prove to be an invaluable asset to a Real Estate Student or Professional. [ISBN-10: 092-215-4724] ~ The Dictionary of Real Estate Appraisal, Fourth Edition ~ I went to the Appraisal Institute's Website, and had found that the fifth edition was published in the year 2010.
