The book doesn't appear to have a bibliography, but I didn't see Hawking and Mlodinow's "The Grand Design" listed in Holt's endnotes, and Amazon's Search Inside This Book function came up empty. Given that "The Grand Design" is two years old, and given that Holt discusses other books of Hawking's, I expected to see some mention of "The Grand Design" here. The fact that it appears to be absent is disappointing. Am I right that it's not discussed?
