Diddle Diddle Dumpling
This is a homey and charming telling of the nursery rhyme. I use books like this in teaching kindergarten reading. The children love the rhymes and the illustrations. A 21st Century look at an old rhyme.

This book is one of our daughter's favorites, and she asks us to read it over and over again. She is 11 months old. I found this book on a list of "best of the best" baby books recommended by a friend studying a relevant subject.
