i just recieved my didgeridoo certificate in the mail, and it looks fantastic however i was never contacted about the name or the date that i wanted, they put the date i ordered it and my name, however it was supposed to be a birthday present with a different name and date on it. i cant find a way to contact the seller to have it fixed and my amazon says i never ordered anything in 2010 (which doesnt make sense and is a whole different problem)
but i need to return it and get a new one!!help!! |
