I received a didgeridu from a mate of mine in Australia and she sent it along with the John Bowden CD and this book. The combination of the two made it very easy for me as a beginner to grasp the instrument. I would recommend the read to anyone interested in starting, as I did, or even a seasoned player. John's grasp of the Aborigines and their instrumentation can be further researched on his website at http://www.didgeridoo-australia.com
