This new one from Keith Sweat suprised me because there were no promotions or coming soon ads anywhere to let you know he was coming out. This cd is a lot better than his last one and is just a continuation of the last album....but better. The cd starts off with a intro giving you snippets of all his hits from earlier albums and then slides into the first track. He brings new guests like busta rhymes and rah digga but the best duet on the album is with Lil Mo. "I'll Trade" is one of the best songs on the album eaisly but the remix doesnt do much to make it sound new. The songs that are really good are the ones where he sings alone besides I'll trade. The ones that stande out to me are: I put U on, he say, she say, whatcha like, I'll Trade, Only wanna please you, real man, caught up, and Kiss you. For fans of keith sweat this is a must buy album. I'm not a big fan but after hearing it I wanted to go out and get it. If your looking for some new R+B music mixed with slow jams and up-tempo then this is it. Who better to set that mix off than keith sweat?

Keith Sweat is one of the most consistent artist in music today.. Every since his debut back 87 this man has done nothing but turn out good solid efforts one after another.. His new release Didnt See Me Coming you can add this to the list of great Cds from this artist.. This one pretty much pick up where his last one left off .. One of the biggest differences you will notice on this one is there a stronger street feel to most of the material then his past work.. Even the ballads have an harder edge then in the past..

The 17 track cd is very entertaining, well crafted collection.. Working with a wider range of producers then he has in the past.. Working with wide range of guest artist like Lil Mo on certainly one of the best songs on the album I'll Trade (A Million Bucks), Busta Rhymes and Flip Mode's first lady Rah Digga is on board for the slamming Things... U Treat Me So Cold another strong ballad featuring one of the most intriguing collaborations Keith Sweat with Lil Wayne.. The incrediable duet with Dave Hollister Dont Have Me.. other noteworthy songs on the CD Kiss You, Caught Up, Games , Real Man, Put You On

All n all i great effort from one of the best in r&b.. Would you expect anything different ? Pick it up fans you will be glad that you did

I became a fan of Kieth when he first started out and never looked back. This album has me trying to get every one to listen to it. Just like my other favorite artist Prince he is simply moving with technology by adding rappers. I praise him for changing his style once or twice. Whether or not he uses rappers or hard rock artists he has already established himself as a beggar. So go with the flow I never got into rap until now because music is music and he realizes that. Go Kieth you are blessed.

Keith Sweat is hit&miss with me.his First Album was a Classic.the 2nd one had moments then the next two weren't happening except for a few tracks then the album in 96 got him back on track but then he fell off again with his last.but this one is even weaker.it seems to Maufactured to me.his trademark sound is nowhere to be found.he is Buried behind Beats&Rappers.it's cool with Him&Dave Hollister&T Boyz.but Keith Sweat in his hey day never had to share the Mike with anyone.

Sure, this isn't a pure album in musical terms..it's a bit of R&B, a bit of Rap, and with a touch of Hip-Hop..but it's refreshing to have variety..and refreshing to receive a work from an artist who's not lost his unique and captive edge in the years he has been in the game. Yes, Keith is definitely still in the game. Please keep it coming Keith...respect!! But Keith, "I'll trade a million bucks for someone's love who don't come with a price"..Bit of a contradiction ain't it?!! Hey we still love ya though ;)

This Cd was almost judged by its cover....the ole beggar Keith we have known for ages now. But this Cd features smooth laid back track with several featuring artist that keep you busy. By keeping the mood right and just chilling. Play it from begining to end. But you'll never...Never hit skip or FFWD. Promise! R Kelly talented yes...consistent NO. I have to admit R Kelly had some nice tracks ...undressing himself on one track ...fiesta Ricky Martin type stuff on another... nice commercial song I Wish and you've sold a million albums.

I see that not many people reviewed this album; maybe it's because they don't own it. After dropping the LSG and his self-titled album, his next albums were a step down each, including this one.

First off, Sweat is better at slow jams, so all of the uptempo jams on this album are filler. Also, what's up with all the guest rappers, especially Lil Wayne, of all people, on "Why You Treat Me So Cold"? Sweat's trying to fit in with the younger audience, complete with trendy lyrics and slangified titles (see "I Put U On", even though Rodney Jerkins' piano-driven production is pretty tight). See, he has the same problem as Mary J. Blige and R. Kelly. Over a decade in the game and he is still kicking the same stuff that appealed to his now grown-up fans in hopes to gain some new ones. The fans grew up, but he hasn't.

The good songs on this album are "Caught Up", "Don't Have Me" (with Dave Hollister and profane lyrics), and "Games", and yes, they are slow ballads. But even the slow ballads on this album lack the appeal that "Make It Last Forever" and "Yumi" had. Speaking of which, the first single, "I'll Trade (A Million Bucks)" with Lil' Mo, talks about finding someone who can look past their superstar status and fall in love with them as a person, making it a song that hardly anyone can relate to.

I didn't buy Keith's new album, Rebirth, yet, but I don't know if I want to: his first track, "One on One", is dependent on an Isley Bros. sample. Maybe Keith should just retire.

After an excellent intro (like a radio dial being turned and each 'station' is playing an old song of Keiths like Make It Last Forever, Twisted, Your Body etc), comes Things which is a great funky and upbeat song. I also love the smooth and mellow Whatcha Like and the cool Real Man.
I see that other people think he's lost his touch, but I don't hear that. To me, this is on par with his earlier work. I'm playing it on my iPod all the time. Sure he is talented enough to not have to collaborate, but this is the same quality of music and vocals that I've come to love over the years. I still believe in him and love his sound and hopefully his other true fans will too. I love this cd and hope you enjoy it too.

This CD is off the hook.Keith Sweat has been making music for thriteen years and he still the man. The fast track Things featuring Busta Rhymes and Rah Digga is off the hook. This will clearly blow up as a single. But like always the standouts are his butter slow jams. He Say, She Say with T-Boz is a great sequel to Twisted.I'll Trade A Millon Bucks is a great heartbreaking slow jam. I highly recommned this CD.

This CD came out of nowhere. Wheres all the advertising? You'd think that after his last two CD were top star that this CD would get a lot more advertising. Anyway this is a good CD. I like the songs Whacha Like, Satisfy You, and I Put You On. The best song on the CD is Why You Treat Me So Cold. That songs just flows. So if you a true Keith Sweat fan or R&B fan this CD is a must
