Great helmet. Fits my 4yr old perfect. It says 3yr+ on the package, which is what I was hoping, but couldn't find that anywhere in the description online. Knee pads are kinda cheesy, but most are that come with these helmets. Overall, great helmet.

My 3 year old was so excited to get his Diego helmet, which matched his yellow Diego bike. After opening the packaging, I tried the helmet on his head, and it would not cover 1/4 of this head. My son is 3 years old and doesn't have a larger than normal head. The packaging says 3+, I think it should say 3yrs or younger. I am returning, and looking for a child's size helmet. Hope this helps!

This was purchased for a toddler who has a Diego bike. Together, this purchase and the matching bike make a really neat looking set. Very satisfied with the product. Safety first!!!

This product is a good value, but the sizing is a little off. Purchased for my
2 1/2 year old grandson and the helmet is too small, Since I did not keep the packaging, I cannot exchange for larger size........will have to keep to pass on to a smaller child. The knee/elbow pads were just fine.

I got this for one of my twin boys. (the other was the mickey mouse helmet). It fits well, and he LOVES riding his new radio flyer tricycle so he wears it a lot! The only thing I hate is that it only comes with 2 pads. Other then that I think it's pretty good as long as it keeps him safe...=)

I was disappointed with the color. I thought there were 4 pads but there were two. Little kids need knee and elbow protection. Luckily my grandson loves anything Diego so he will be happy.

I ordered this for my sons 2nd birthday to go with a trike, also purchased on amazon. I have not opened the package but as far as I can tell its a good helmet and I think my son will be happy about the Diego design (though he prefers Dora, didn't think his dad would dig a pink helmet). My only reason for 3 stars is that I expected the blue set you see but got a yellowish brown set, which is fine since it matches his trike. Also I thought it was the helmet and pads for both knee and elbow protection but it is only one set of pads so you choose whether to use on knee or elbow... so I have to choose which one I don't mind him hurting? I guess this would be ok but it seemed to me that it was supposed to be both not one or the other. Even the item pic looks like two sets of pads.
