Although this couch only had 1 review at the time we purchased it, we decided to give it a shot anyways. You can't beat the look and functionality for the price, trust me for I've looked for several months. The packages arrived via a delivery truck and they were banded to a skid. If you sweet talk the driver they will probably use their portable dolly truck to move the skid up to your garage where you can cut the straps and the driver will take the skid with him/her. The couch was packaged very well and had awesome protection/support all along the exterior edges. This makes it a little more of a chore to unwrap but well worth the protection it gives to the packages. I carried each piece upstairs myself and even assembled the entire couch myself. I recommend 2 people to assemble this unit but I can be rather creative and although it took me a little longer than it would have with another person, I was able to get it properly assembled in under an hour. As long as you are patient and have some common sense, this is a task anyone can conquer. Once assembled, the unit is a nice addition to any room. Ours is in our bedroom for we have a rather large master and this was perfect for filling dead space. The storage unit is a nice bonus, as well as the option to lay the thing down as a bed. I don't plan on sleeping on this unit for I doubt it's all that comfortable as a "bed". Most couches/beds like this are very, very uncomfortable so I don't hold this one to any higher standards. I can tell you our boys and I have used it quite a bit for playing the Wii and it is quite comfortable as a couch. The cup holders are nice but could be better if a little deeper but they serve their purpose well. A couch like this would normally cost you close to double the money so please be realistic is the quality for it's really good for the price. I highly recommend this as a spare, office, bedroom or basement type couch. One that isn't utilized on a daily basis but is very useful and comfortable when used. Hope this helps.
