Innovative best describes this watch. A mirrored face with the digits and day displayed in a series of dots and the ability to decrease size and change the style of the numbers and letters. Backlight? Sure, but instead of the standard "blah" illumination the blueish light actually comes up through the dots making up the time and day, which is very stylish and very readable in pitch black. This watch has quickly become my favorite in my collection of watches.
I actually purchased this watch on eBay for $65 brand new.
