This book is easy to read and follow. It has alot of encouaging notes, things to keep you motivated. However my thought on what I have read was the Daniel diet did not include meats,diet drinks, and bouillon and this book does in the Appendix A. It strongle encourages Atkins type diet for weight loss. Not biblically based for Daniel diet. But really enjoyed it anyhow.

I was disappointed. I thought it would represent an authentic picture of the Diet of Daniel. I did not like the fact that the author lost weight by the Atkins diet which is an unsafe diet. It did not go with the theme of the book. There were some good references to Dr Weil's guide to Optimal Health. I would not recommend this book.

I love this booklet and I have recommended it to serveral others. It's short and to the point. Short term goals work for me. He focuses on 3 things and he sticks with it, throughout the booklet. It was very easy to make it apart of my daily routine. I have gone pass the 10 days like he suggested, because, I want to be healthier this year.

This book is very informative and inspirational. I just finish my first read and I am working on the second read. I learned so much about the right kinds of food I should eat. I would highly recommend this book to those who are seeking a spiritual method of weight control and good nutrition.

this is an excellent book,with all the info i needed to have a healthy and spiritual fast.would reccommend to anyone who's fast is about your walk with GOD and not weight loss.although i did lose 16 pounds.
