Well I'm here to tell you that this product really works...at least for me...I actually have not found anything that takes away cravings like this...only Fen-Phen...but we all know how bad that is/was....I actually have to remind myself to eat...now if I could only get with the exercise program....I'm sure the weight would fall off....but I would recommend you do the research for yourself...before you decide to try it...look through the ingredients to make sure they are safe for you...Best of luck.....
