This is by far one of the "better" diet secret books that I have read. I am somewhat overweight, give or take a few pounds so I definitely would love to loose a few pounds and this book is going to help me do just that. I really like this book because it made dieting for women realistic with proven tips and guide. It had helpful hints and a simple guide that can fit perfectly into my lifestyle.

The book has really great information on how food affects our metabolism and even what it does to you and body.

I can't say enough good about it, I really enjoyed the read and strongly recommend it for anyone who wants a quick simple proven diet guide or anyone who wand to live an healthier lifestyle. You would love it.

This book is very straightforward and encouraging. Just following the guidelines in this book will help guide both the novice and the experienced dieter on toward better nutrition choices and planning. Although it was a pretty quick read, I learnt a whole lot compared to the other diet secrets books I have read.

I love 9 Proven Diet Secrets Every Woman Should Know because it has helped me in so many ways. I am now eating healthier and inches are slowly dropping off. You won't regret buying this!

There are thousands of diets and losing weight fads circulating the country right now. I find it all rather overwhelming and discouraging as I don't know where to start. Finding this book has been a light at the end of a long and dark tunnel. It is simple, easy to read and really summarizes the most important steps in losing weight- and keeping it off. What most resonated with me is the idea of becoming healthier, rather than just skinnier. This concept has totally shifted how I see my body and my determination to be a healthier person.
