I am very frustrated with this product. It supposedly ranked number one in some research review but I feel completely jipped. Online you only get a brief preview of the product and then once you buy it there is no possibility of return or refund. There are many bugs in their product that need to be ironed out. I don't understand why a company wouldn't be sure to work out any bugs before taking their product public. It is shameful. Aside from the bugs in the system, these are my complaints: 1) The program recommends I eat only 521 calories a day to reach my goal. That would be anorexia-type eating and is very wrong. According to my personal trainer, I should be eating 1500 calories a day. 2) There are things that make no sense and no ability to ask for help. I called their number and spoke to an actual person (who sounded bored or asleep on the phone). That person said they would contact the right department and they would email me. That was 2 weeks ago. I have received NO email or phone call or any support from the company. 3) The online preview of the product makes you think you will get a detailed list of nutrition info including the amount of sugar eaten each day but nowhere can I find any listing of sugar eaten, even though they ask for that information. So where does that info go? 4) I have entered my exercise information each day but when I ask for an exercise report, I get "no data". As I said before, I would give this product a zero rating if I could. It is a farse and I feel jipped with no possibility of getting any money back. Stay away from this product!

I have purchased from this company before, and I will buy again. They are the only company that actually answers the phone and spent time helping me with questions. The product is priced right. Arrived on time when promised. No complaints.
