Fantastic book!
I have been doing this diet for 14 months and I just love it! I lost 6 inches on my waist the first 2 months and I have maintained for the rest of the time! In my opinion I am very dissapointed because its been almost 2 months and I still have not received my product what type of service is this. This will be the last time I buy from amazon.
