As a fitness professional, I've tried all types stimulants, energy boosters, and metabolic enhancers. Bally Blast energy pills contain the same ingredients as many of the well-known brands but at a much lower price. I can get 3 bottles of Blast for less than the price of one bottle of the products advertised on TV and in fitness magazines. Unlike some products, a standard dose of Blast is 2 capsules rather than one. This reduced potency per capsule gives you more control over how much stimulation you want at a given time, which is particularly helpful for people who enjoy coffee, tea, or other caffeinated beverages. It also allows people who are sensitive to stimulants to moderate their intake of caffeine and/or to gradually work up to taking a full dose. I've tried all the big-name energy products, but Bally Blast is the only one I'll buy.

As a full time college student, I sometimes need an energy boost. Caffeine rarely does anything but make me have to visit the ladies room more often. I came across Blast at a local store (which no longer sells them, so thanks Amazon) and tried them. I took 2 pills the first time (as the bottle states) and was bouncing off the walls. The next time I took 1 pill and they last me all day! I take one before breakfast and feel great all day during classes. They are also listed as a diet pill although I don't take them for that reason, so I have no idea if they are helping in that department! They even work if you'd only had a few hours sleep and just need to get through the day. I've never had any side effects and they are not addicting. I don't have to take them daily to stay awake.

Overall, this is a good product. Not easily finding other energy supplements that worked, this does a pretty good job in giving a little extra boost and energy for an afternoon workout; also holds off the appetite a bit too. Priced very fairly.

These are some great energy supplements by Bally. They give energy all through the day without the jitters. I highly recommend these who need that extra boost. You can take 1-2 depending on your body's needs. They are also good for when you go walking or exercising.

Bally Blast Energy pills are 5 star rated in my book. Ever since I first started taking them over a year now, I have noticed a change in energy and mental alertness. They are a must to take in the morning along with my vitamins. When mental alertness is a must, take Bally Blast you'll see the differnce.

I bought this product because I was drinking a lot of coffee during the day, and that was starting to give me head aches... plus I hate yellow teeth and after a while dark drinks (such as coffee) tend to discolor my pearly whites, so I wanted something that would help me not want to go to sleep in the middle of the day... Before I tried caffeine pills... i cant remember which ones exactly it was about a year ago, but I do remember the coating was sweet and I did not like that at all, but anyways... those made me really jittery and after they wore off I would crash again and be soooo tired, but after taking Blast for a few days I have noticed a pleasant energy boost that doesnt make me feel all "hyped up" and jittery... I'm just not tired, and that is very nice.

They seemed to work for about a month, then I couldn't really feel a difference. They are really cheap for a pack of 3. Worth giving a try if you plan to use them short term. Long term, I think they stop working.

I can tell this product boosts my energy. The only thing that I found a little disappointing is that it doesn't seem to extend my workout or help me to work out harder. But if you are simply looking for a little extra energy, this product is great for that.

I have tried a lot of diet and energy pills and these work without giving you that jittery feeling from too much caffeine. I have a very active job that requires me to lift 4-5 pounds constantly for 8 or more hours, so I need something that will keep me alert. These pills wake me up physically and mentally without the nasty side affects some supplements have. I like them because they help reduce muscle aches, which is a big thing where I work. I have also shared these pills with people I work with and they also say the pills work great for their muscle pain. This is definitely one of the best pills for the price. If you are looking for those jittery, heart palpitation, flop sweat results, don't buy these.
