My cholesterol has always been high. In March my lipid profile was not good. I promised the Doctor I would make a sincere effort to improve my ratio. I did a lot of research and found Vita Heart and the product has everything in it that has shown potential in reducing cholesterol values. I had my blood drawn yesterday, July 12. The results are amazing. In 4 months my total cholesterol went from 254 to 216. My triglycerides went from 137 to 58. My HDL went from 67 up to 74. My LDL dropped to 130 from 160. The overall ratio of HDL/LDL dropped from 2.4 to 1.8. My doctor's comment was "pretty amazing." I also added Flax seed oil and grape seed extract to my daily regimen but I will continue using Vita Heart, and maybe next blood draw will be all Normal! and I mean to have it stay that way. 5 stars. My liver function panel was perfect, so the product does not hurt your liver like some cholesterol prescription drugs can. Thank you, Vita Heart
