Do you feel like you have no hope with dieting? Do you beleive in a Higher Power? Well my friends, this IS the book for you... I have read many, many books on diffrent ways of losing those extra pounds...I could never find lasting help. Oh, I would do well for a little while, but, then was back to square one! Reading this book, I have to only read one or two pages a day and find that it gives me focus - hope - and keeps me on track. You only have to check out the table of contents to see that where ever you are at...there is a place where you can go. So pick up a copy and receive the extra boost you need. For you're not alone on this journey!

Struggling with diets, weightloss and working out constantly can be a battle. For the Christian dieter however, we are told to present all our requests before God. How or why would God care about that kind of prayer? I always felt it selfish, but knew I couldn't succeed even I didn't turn that part of my life over to Him as well. This book provides not only a daily devotion that can be applied to many areas, not just limited to dieting, but also provides earnest prayers that you can use for a basis of your own to turn selfish desires into a godly will. Not only will this book help you keep the desire and focus of not giving up on your weight loss program, whatever it may be, but it focuses your need on God and his importance over our struggle with weight.

This book is such a blessing to me. I'm only up to day 8 (their are 100 days worth of devotions and prayers) and I haven't over-eaten once. God is using this book to bless me. Please buy it, read it, and let God use it in your life. Giving God your eating habits and your size will be the best thing you can do for yourself. This book IS worth getting. Please buy it and find out for yourself how much it can help you. It's helping me. It's more than helping me, it's giving me victory.

This book is wonderful - very well written, inspiring and motivating. I especially like the way the author uses God and His word to uplift, motivate and encourage us dieters. I liked it so well that I ordered one for my best friend, too.

I have recently lost 35 pounds through prayer, and being guided by God I feel, to THE BECK DIET SOLUTION.(see my review of it). I was looking for a book of spiritual encouragements to keep me on course in my new lifestyle. This book has provided that. It is set up with a reflection to read and "A Prayer for Power" to say for the day.....100 of them to read and re-read. Already I am turning back the corners on pages that are especially meaningful and helpful for me.

Heather really understands the spiritual struggle dieters go through. The "sin" of gluttony is not one spoken of much on pulpits, but it causes spiritual, as well as physical damage, to the Christian's spirit and many Christians struggle with it! If you are stuggling with dieting.........as I have for many, many, years, this book can encourage and help you.......BUY IT!!!!!!I'm already getting copies to give to friends.

I bought this for myself. I only have 10 lbs to lose, but I figure I need all the help I can get. This is an awesome book. It has a lesson and a prayer for 100 days. I use it in my morning devotions (while I am eating breakfast...haha) I have since bought a copy for all 4 ladies in my Bible Study to go along with Faithfully Fit (which I bought for all of them also). Even if you are not on a diet it gives you a great way to look at 'God's food' and our consumption of it. Buy it! You'll love it!

This book is the only way that success and happiness could be found within yourself, giving all of the glory to God.

I have owned this book for a few years now, pull it out on occasion to use as a daily read. I recently gave a copy to my step-daughter, and she loves it too.

This book is a very uplifting book. I would recommened this book to any dieter, it will give you that daily ounce of spiritual encouragement that you need. I also like the fact that your daily readings include fun ideas, tips & proven ways to help you tackle challenges every dieter faces.
I love the book !

At last I have found a daily devoitional that speakes directly to me. Not a day has passed that the message wasn't right on. It has also helped me to see that I am not alone in my struggle, but God is right beside me and all I have to do talk with Him.
I would reccomend this book to any one, not just people struggling with weight issues.
