i must say, i usually don't buy a book online without reading the first pages first ( this book didn't have that ) but i took a chance on it anyway.. and i was not disappointed one bit, it started out as a typical love story but then out of nowhere everything started to unfold. Wow, is all i have to say.. what happened in this book could just be the relationship that you are in right now..

This book is a story about true growing pains and the good, bad and UGLY of love. I was surprised to see that this was Kamryn Donavan's first novel, because I enjoyed the writing and emotion her storytelling evoked. In this book Monica fights against the idea of falling in love and giving herself completely to a man. Marshawn changes her mind, but this is no "and they lived happily ever after" fairytale. The couple has to deal with significant trials and challenges to their relationship. Will they withstand them? You will have to read the book to find out, but along the way you will find out that for many individuals, there is NOTHING they won't do for love. Wonderful first effort!

Kept me reading,

I thought the book was pretty good. It definitely had me on a roller coaster with all the ups and downs of relationships of real life. The writer has a way of keeping you reading and wanting more. And in regards to the first comment placed, this is Kamryn's second book. Her first book was "Getting Lucky" that released last year and that one was a good read as well.
