A Different Man (indeed!),
By Fosimal (California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Different Man (Audio CD)
To those of you enjoyed Clay's last efforts, as I have. Then waste no more time reading this. Let the album speak for itself. Newcomers:For those of you who have never encountered Clay this is a great intro. He takes himself down a few notches from his last album and instead gets to know the man inside. If your lost then take your Rich Mullins album and imagine Clay Crosse as the voice. Clay explores his weaknesses and is brought back to who GOD really is. Also Michael W. Smith fans will enjoy the style of this album, as well as, his *Stain Glassed* album. Parts of this album reminds you of jazz/blues/rhapsody flare at times. So,take a chance! You will not be disappointed.

Clay Crosse is a brilliant Christian artist. Don't miss this CD! Arms of Jesus ranks among some of the best Christian songs of all times in my book!

What would "I" do for a KING?,
By TOM FALK (fairfield, ohio United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Different Man (Audio CD)
WOW... And I do now mean WOW worship.I was listening to K-LOVE one morning as I was going to work and they played Clay Crosse's "What would you do for a King", and almost had a wreck because I couldn't see through my tears. But as usual, God had the wheel. This song moved me in so many directions..spirituatially, emotionally, even physically. In the back of my mind, this song brought the "house down". I would like to explain in words, how moving the song was to me, but like faith, words are inadiquate. Buy the album, all cuts are good, but if you do not understand who is your King after listening to it, then your faith is shaky!
