This updated text provides the modern day chiropractor with user friendly algorithms to ensure proper diagnosis, referrals and treatment.

Outstanding book with a wealth of information for the Chiropractor. Was highly recommended to me in school by every instructor and I can see why. The algorithms allow you to quickly assess pretty much every presentation that might walk into your office.

Unfortunately, there's a flaw with the binding, it started falling apart within the first month from opening it to read or study. The book was left on my desk in my office and was not abused at all. Over the course of a year, pages are falling out and the binding has completely split. This is a required text for many classes later in my curriculum so a vast majority of my classmates own it and complain of the same issue. The publisher needs to do something about this problem. I need to buy a new book and I refuse to purchase the third edition again. I hope the publisher has corrected this problem for the fourth edition. The only reason I rated the book as one star is due to the poor quality of the binding. If my review/rating was based solely on the information in this book it would be five stars no questions asked.

The 4th ed. is greatly expanded and contains updated research. Do not buy the 3rd ed. just to save a few bucks.

Outstanding book backed by good clinical research. Most of the ortho tests are the need to know tests. I suggest that all chiropractic colleges make this the recommended text.

This is a fantastic book. It contains RELEVANT information to the chiropractor with superb algorithms. I wish my instructors were this organized!

Great book. Easy to read and follow. Very organized. Has nice charts for diagnosis.
