A practical book, February 27, 2003

This review is from: Coping with Difficult People in the Health Care Setting (The Practical Laboratory Management) (Paperback)
Simply stated, this book offers very sound, concrete, pragmatic suggestions for health care professionals who will assume supervisory roles. Many pages of examples and tips that are quite useful and real world. The author is very no-nonsense and tells it like it is, obviously having experience and drawing from that in his writing. I found it to be a useful guide when teaching human resource principles to students studying to become health care professionals--not as a textbook per se, but as a resource.
