I must admit I tried this as a last ditch effort. I had spent the last YEAR on all kinds of medications that created unwanted side effects. Nothing seemed to help. As a result I was required to redo every test (yes, even those) at least twice. After the doctor's request for a third colonoscopy, I tried the Crohn's and Colitis. After one month, I was getting better but still having problems so I increased dosage as they mention on the box to 2 tablets a day and now, as long as I continue to watch my diet a bit, I feel almost like new.

I seriously suggest you give this a try. It will take a month or so before you notice any serious improvement, but it is worth it.

BTW, I am off almost all of those nasty medications.

I have have a difficult time trying to find out the nature of my problem. I have have severe pain in my abdomen for the last 15 years. I have seen doctor after doctor and no one seem to know exactly what my problem was. I ended up having a hystorectomy but that didn't stop the pain that I was having. I ended up being dianosed with irratable bowel symdrome. I started taking your product for crohn's and colitis and in ONE WEEK ALL OF MY PAINS WERE GONE!!!!!!

I have used the product for several months and so far it works really well.

Bought this for my mother who has had ulcerative colitis for many years. When she told me that this product really helps, I was shocked. Of all of the prescriptions & OTC meds that she has tried over the years, this is the first & only one that has worked for her. I would recommend anyone with colitis to try this.

I have been taking this product for nearly a year and was able to stop all prescription medications. This is well worth a try.

This product has literally given me my life back. I recommend it highly to anyone who is battling Crohns, or is frustrated with sticking to some limited diet of yogurt and broiled chicken with garlic. This product will quickly stop a flare up within days! I hope they never stop making this!

Oh how I suffered before discovering this product. I couldn't go anywhere without fast access to a bathroom. Car trips were very hazardous...waiting in line at the grocery was a major ordeal. Within three days of taking this product, my symptoms were considerably better. After a couple of weeks, I felt like a new person -- more energy, no constant abdominal pains. I still take my prescription meds, but this was just the thing to give just that additional boost I needed to alleviate all the bad problems. Just rmember the precaution -- symptoms will return if you do not take this regularly. You cannot just take it when your symptoms are bothersome, it must become a constant part of your life. I have to commend the people at Digestive Advantage on this one, even if it is some type of snake oil. Anyone with Crohn's or Colitis is sure to purchase this product based on the name & packaging alone- great marketing tactics.

I started taking Crohn's & Colitis Therapy probiotics shortly after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I took one pill a day for the first 14 days like the directions said, but that didn't seem to have much effect. So then I took two/day as instructed and things seemed to get better. After about a week, I then went back to one/day, b/c I started taking Prednisone to help me get normal more quickly (plus I had a reaction to the mesalamine suppositories the doctor prescribed, which made me get REALLY BAD). I figured why waste two/day while Prednisone is doing most of the work.

The pills are very tiny, which is a plus for ease of consumption. They are also individually wrapped, which is a plus for taking them with you.

Price is a big negative though-almost $1/pill before shippping. This doesn't seem justified with the pills being so small; surely they can't have near the "power" in them that most other pills have. Once this 2nd box is done, I won't be taking/buying them anymore b/c of cost (unless of course, I immediately start having problems again). I am hoping that the Garden of Life/Primal Defense probiotics that I am also taking now, will suffice as a total replacement. They are highly rated, contain many more probiotic species (14 vs. 2), and are much cheaper than this Digestive Advantage stuff.

I must note that while taking this product I was also regularly taking Fish Oil, Flax/Fish/Borage Oil, L-Glutamine, and Multivitamin w/o iron supplements- which make it hard to pinpoint what was REALLY making me better. Part way through, I also started taking 30mg/day Prednisone and the SCD diet, which really made things better, quickly. After 1 week with ALL of this stuff daily, I was down to 1 movement/day, which was almost normal consistency. Then started ramping down Prednisone, and continued with other supplements & diet...

I ordered this for my mom, who suffers from a very stubborn colitis. This product helps her with the bloating, cramps, and discomfort associated with this condition. Every morning she would wake up with abdominal pain and bloating. That stopped about two weeks after starting taking this product. She told me that this was for the first time ever she took a supplement that improved the quality of her life.

I would give this a try, it is not the total cure but it had slowed some of the symptoms. Anytime you can find something to help is a good thing.
