Catnip and fennel is a mixture that has been used by my family for stomach upset for generations. Being able to buy it ready to mix with warm sugar water makes it handier than ever. It's great for colicky babies, for people sick with a bug, helps ease nausea, calms a sick stomach, relieves gas and bloating. It's great stuff, it's natural and has no side effects. I love it.
