I purchased this book for our 2 year old, thinking he would enjoy it in a year or so. To my surprise, he loves it now! Be prepared to read this book numerous times at each sitting, and to make enthusiastic machine sounds!

We had to purchase another copy because our 2 1/2 year old son has read and played with the first copy so much he has destroyed it. Yet it is still his favorite. It is a great book for little boys. The pictures are terrific. He now knows his construction equipment when we are out and about.

This is my son's all time favorite book, it goes everywhere with us! I do not need to see the text as I read, since I now know it by heart. My son loves the shape, and has been know to take a bite every once in a while. This is just a great book to read to your child, fun, easy to understand, and lots of things to point out on the way. There are other books we have about similar topics, but this is his favorite.

My son is only 2 years old but he loves trucks. This is the perfect book for your son or daugther if they love trucks, too.

The pictures are real-life and the text provides informative information about each type of truck, with the correct name(s). I would recommend this book to any caregiver who has a child who loves trucks and anything that digs and moves!

My just 2 year old loves this book! It is easy for him to carry while he is on the go - and it goes everywhere!! He loves trucks and this is great for him!

My 19 month old is nuts about things that go, with diggers being his current fave. I bought this book with some excitement but it's been disappointing. He may grow into it, but here's why I'm underwhelmed: the text is uninspiring; the size somehow at odds with the substance; and it simply doesn't have the wow factor that _My Big Truck Book_ has been able to elicit. And, oddly, there seem to be far fewer images than we'd expect, which may explain why he always seems bored with this book. We keep this in his diaper bag, so if we're at restaurants or in the car, we dig it out for him. He always reaches for his little animal books or barn books instead. Too bad!

The little one had a few others from this series and he likes this one just as much as the others. It's great.

I bought this book and another in the Things That Go Board Books series for my grandsons, 1 & 3. They seem to love the photos & ignore the text. The book lives in their car & is the perfect size for one or the other to read while traveling. This book is perfect for kids who love construction vehicles!

This is a very basic, short board book. Not bad, but for a dollar or so more, you could get better books.

Ok, fun for little girls too, but great for little boys to identify trucks they might see around town.
