I have been using this for 4 months now (bought it at Discovery Chanel store before Amazon has it). I use it regularly, it is reliable, the motor is strong, it also comes with recorded voices. Overall it is fund and I really enjoy it. I want to buy another one to play with the kids. So I just happen to read the review to see what others thought about this product. Very disappointed to see a low grade on this item. Many say it is not stable, it is flimsy, and it is cheap. I understand what they said. But all of their frustrations are resolved by adding 1 or 2 screws to the installation. Just screw it to the door or the wall people! It is a good price for what it can do. We as consumers sometimes need to fill in our part where it is needed so we don't have to pay $100 for something like this.

Got for our 2 and 5 year old. It is way too noisy. We're returning. No way can you stay in the room when this is on. Also, the construction is flimsy.

The product worked as advertised but I thought the overall construction was pretty cheap. The motor that shoots the ball back to the player was extremely noisy. The on/off switch didn't want to stay in the off position. A little tinkering with the switch fixed that. But the grandsons had a great time with it. I would recommend putting this toy in a basement or back room otherwise the motor noise becomes REALLY annoying.
