I described the issue and the error code and they told me it was broken, but if I sent it in to their repair center they would fix it.

I've been through 2 of these and really liked them...until they both died.

This pedal is very easy to use and manipulate and the effects are really cool. #'s 21, 9, & 48 were my favorites, but you can get just about any sound or combination of sounds from this thing and it's a lot of fun both in practice and on stage.

But, here's the problem...they don't last long.

The first time mine died on me was during a pre-gig soundcheck. It just completely died.

So, figuring it was just an anomoly and the fact that I really liked it, I bought another one. This second one lasted about 10 months. It didn't die, but all of the sudden out of the blue all the settings and effects changed. It sounded tinny, then muffled, then too loud, then too soft. I tried to re-set it the way the users manual tells you...but it didn't work.

This time I'll try a different kind and see if can last oh, maybe a year!

This thing is really great, but...like most of my romantic endeavors, they don't last.

I got my Digitech RP55 guitar processor about 6 months ago and I love it. For the price I don't believe you'll be able to find a better multi-effects pedal. It is lacking on some of the more in depth effects, but for a starter guitar pedal it will give you an idea of what effects sound like and how to manipulate some sounds. The drum patterns are okay on it, but I wouldn't recommend them for major jamming. My favorite part of the pedal is the tube amp simulator that it provides. It makes my cheap little crate amp sound like a vintage VOX! All in all, a great guitar pedal that I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a processor that has plenty of effects at a budget friendly price!

This little box is a really money and space saver. It has pretty much every effect I've wanted for some time. I play only for my own amusement but I like to match the sounds the recording artists used. The box let's me do that. It has certainly more than met my expectations.

So many different things I can do. It has changed the way I write my music!!! The drum machine has some great beats and I use this for my bass as well. For the price this cannot be beat.

Barely used it over a 3 month period (about 10 times) and totally crapped out on me. It was cheap and after reading the reviews I expected it to last a year. Seeing how I just started to play, I figured it was a decent pedal to start out with. But it fell far down my expectations as far as how long it lasted. The sounds were fun but now it's gonna be a fix-up-project. Now I gotta find a soldering iron on-line to see what I can do

Cool effects but the interface is hard to figure out. Once you do figure it out this little inexpensive unit sounds real good...

Makes my old 80s, 60 watt, two ten inch speaker, transistor amp sound like any amp I want it too! I haven't played with it too much but I love the presets 5, 10, 15, 34, and 37 or 39 the best! I can't remember if it was 37 or 39 that was the wah pedal sound. I think my next purchase may be an expression pedal to play around with on it :-)
