This is the best cd I have ever gotten (and probably the best cd I ever will get for a while.) It has some of the best songs in the world on it. Now for my ratings of the songs.

1. Digirap ~ M.C. Pea Pod/ Paul Gordon 5/5

This song is totally awesome, it has a great beat and awesome lyrics.

2. All Star~ Smash Mouth 5/5 This has been one of my favorite songs for a while now. I'm glad it found its way onto this cd.

3. The Rockafellar Skank ~ Fatboy Slim 5/5 Now you have to admit that this cd is good even if you don't like digimon. At my school, everyone loves this song. (Including me!)

4. Kids in America ~ Len 5/5 This is also a really good song. It has a cool beat.

5. Hey Digimon ~ Paul Gordon 4/5 This song is pretty good too. You can hear it on the Season 1 digimon shows. (Most of the shows at least)

6. One Week ~ Barenaked Ladies 5/5 This is an awsome song too. It has awesome lyrics and a cool beat. (Chickety China The Chinese Chicken)

7. The Impression That I Get ~ The Mighty Mighty Bosstones 5/5 This is also a cool song. It has an awesome beat.

8. All My Best Friends Are Metalheads ~ Less Than Jake 5/5 This song is also really good.

9. Run Around ~ Jason Radford 5/5 This is an awesome song too! It has a great beat and awesome lyrics. (You can also hear this song by watching Season 2 of Digimon)

10. Nowhere Near ~ Summer Camp 5/5 I can explain this song in one word: AWESOME!

11. Spill ~ Showoff 5/5 This is a very very very very very very (Think I've said very enough?) cool song!

12. Here We Go ~ Jason Gochin 5/5 This song rocks!

And to be honest, I can't give it the perfect grade. The songs are good, and they never fail to make me smile when I hear them, but most of them weren't really what I expected out of a Digimon Soundtrack. When I would go back and watch the show, I would hear that dramatic and whinsome music being played in the background, and I would say "I would pay REAL money to hear that by itself." So far, though, nobody seems to have figured that out. What's really crazy is that the movie used a lot of that same music and STILL didn't put it on this so-called "soundtrack." The scene where Tai drifts towards Wargreymon in the movie had some of the best background music I have ever heard, yet not only can I not find it on a CD, nobody even thought to make a MIDI of it!
Ouch!
All told, this CD has some nice tunes, and in particular, I liked "Change to Power," which was the only tune I really liked from the original series that wasn't in instrumental, but I just thought you might like to know what you're getting. No song on this CD is an instrumental, and overall, you're better off buying a soundtrack for an anime that knows how to manage them, like "Night Warriors."

the soundtrack to digimon is of a very high quality it has all the songs from the first and second season it has the movie songs also as the title would lead you to know the soundtrack also has 5 more songs hidden on the disk so to prepare for the movie AS THE SONG GOES

I have seen the shows and I have seen the movie over and over again, but nothing like this. This CD is the best. It has the greatest songs on it. All star, run around, one week, here we go, kick it up and more! I play this CD all the time. It made me like Digimon even more. If you don't like Digimon you will still love this CD. This is the best CD I have every body check it out. All the song rock! Go buy this CD!

This is one my absolute favorite cd's. It has some of the best songs from the end of the millenium and some very catchy songs direct from the TV series.
My fave song is the Digimon Theme Song (hidden track, #13), which is one of the first songs I'd ever consider "addictive", with the Digi-Rap a close second. And I just can't help but laugh every time I hear HEY DIGIMON.
It's also nice to have ONE WEEK by the Barenaked Ladies on and Smash Mouth's ALL-STAR on one CD.
Bottom line, great cd!

This CD is what I like on soundtracks to anime dubs:A bunch of well known and not so well known music. I've seen the movie, and it fits in. There should be more anime soundtracks like this one. My favorite song on here is "All My Best Friends Are Metalheads" by Less Than Jake. Some other songs on the disc are good too, like "All Star" and "Here We Go". They could've added a couple of other songs on here like:

"Smoke Two Joints" by Sublime (An odd choice I know, but it would be kinda funny)
"Nookie" by Limp Bizkit
"Juke Box Hero" by Foreigner (Sure it's old, but who cares? It would be a pretty good song for the disc and the film)

So yeah, I recommend this CD all the way, there's alot of great stuff on here, and there should be more soundtracks to anime dubs like this one. In fact every anime that's dubbed into english should get a US soundtrack album with popular and not so popular songs on it.

This is a very cool CD! I listen to it just as much as my Pokemon soundtracks! In comparison to Pokemon, though, it's a little faster and harder and louder. And to focus on "louder", it's hardly nescessery to turn up the volume! And be sure to listen to tracks 13-17! My personal fave song is track 17!

A great mix of Digimon songs from season 1 and 2, as well as songs that played in the movie. My favorite CD of all time

I got this CD about three weeks after I saw the movie, and the CD is everything I hoped for. Not all of the songs are excellent, but my favorites are: "Digi-Rap", "All Star", "Kids in Amereca", "Hey Digimon" "One Week" and "That's the Impresson that I get". This CD is much better then all the Pokemon CDs I have except for Pokemon 2000 and music from Pokemon Mewtwo Strikes Back. This is a must have CD for all Digimon fans

The soundtrack is awesome.The music fit the movie well.My favorite songs were "Here We Go","Rockafella",and "Hey Digimon".It contains a lot of what I call:digitalness!The movie
was also cool,too.I 100% highly recomend the movie and soundtrack.Digimon rules!!!!
