1. The charger light goes on when you plug it in but never extinguishes so you never know when the batteries are charged.
2. I charged the batteries for 24 hours and two of them lasted less than an hour in my digital camera (I took no movies and regular alkaline batteries lasted for days.)
3. I went to the Digipower web site and the company is not selling this model any more.

There are no instructions so not sure if the red light means the batteries are charging or are charged. It doesn't indicate if the batteries that were included need to be charged first or are fully charged either. No response from email sent to company. So I charged the new batteries overnight and the light stayed red the entire time. The batteries work fine but maybe they were already charged!

Unfortunately, this product did not do its job. It takes 12 hours or more to partly charge batteries at 110V and hardly worked at all in Japan at 100 V.

I charged these batteries overnight and they did not have an adequate charge to turn on my digital camera. Do not buy this product.

After charging for 6 hours as recommended the batteries lasted about 3 minutes in my Canon camera. Recharged for 18 hours with the same results.
I used the charger on some other rechargeable batteries and they work fine in the same camera. Charger OK --batteries not so good.

This product is not too bad, but the batteries only last a few days in the digital camera they were recommended for in a bundle deal on Amazon. I took the camera on a cruise and every two days (only taking less than 10 pictures most w/o the flash) I had to change the batteries.

They also go dead just sitting in the charger or in the camera.

Took this product on vacation instead of regular batteries.Very disappointed. The batteries dont charge. I had to buy regular batteries. Lot of aggravation when i was out of town.

The only issue I have with the Digipower battery Charger, is that it doesn't state how long it takes to recharge the batteries. The red lights don't blink when the charge is complete, OR go off. It states it's a Rapid Charge, but what do they consider Rapid? I put charged batteries in my camera, and in no time, they are depleted. The low battery light begins to flash, wanting new batteries. Could I be overcharging the batteries? It would be nice to know. Wish I had read all the comments re: this charger before purchasing it. It would have saved me a lot of grief, as well as money. Amazon recommended this charger as one to be purchased with the Canon digital I purchased. I see it is discontinued now, but I'm wondering why it took so long to take it out of service after all these negative complaints. Shame on you Amazon!

The one I received was shoddy, batteries don't stay in place, plug slips out of socket... maybe I got a dud, but you can do much better.

This was a piece of junk! It never worked. I tried to go online to the specified email & communicate but the email came back as undeliverable. I gave up.
