It's an average camera for the price. But since It's so cheap, it's a must have if your budget is $15.
Pay no attention to the user below, he seems very inexperienced.
I was even able to use it with Linux, not just Windows.

We bought one to monitor the remote temperature sensor in our equipment room and it works just as advertised. For the money, I don't think you can do much better.

A great product... I own three of them!
Plus:
* Good clarity
* Nightvision
* Can be clipped onto ur laptop
* compact
Minus:
Sometimes the nightvision is turned-on even though it is day, i.e., when the cam is in a comparatively dim-lit place, it starts glowing. And I hafta put it under the light source to turn it off.

nice and cheap webcam
Its quite simple to use, just a plug and play in essense with some light software though I don't think its needed. Its cheap and the picture is what you would expect from a webcam. Read more

with this lighted webcam you are up in lights...I really think the lights make all the differents...than just being a standered attachable webcam... Read more
