I bought this as a gift to my parents, as I am a college student and they wanted to Skype me, and it arrived on time, and was easy for my not-so-computer-savvy parents to hook up and use.

The product is fairly easy to use. It isn't always intuitive to switch it from one mode to another, in order to get the right picture quality in the right setting. A little fiddling and everything usually works right, though. Nice camera!
