useless cammera, useless support,

Just got it at drugstore. Installed software, got 1 picture somehow.Then nothing at all...error. Re-installed: nothing. Some web advice, install a driver: still nothing. They had a big yellow card to call a number. Called their number, 4 times on two nights: on hold, nothing for 1/2 hour each time. The hold music was even blinking in and out. One should at least expect some pictures...but, nothing. Worst product and support I have ever experienced.
