I received a copy of this and Goblet of Fire from Amazon. The Digital Copy is supposed to be good until October, but I found nothing in the package regarding it. No digital copy disc, no authorization code. What gives? Did some box sets not come with one?

If you go to http://www.wbdigitalcopy.com/support/ and go through the FAQ, there is a form to fill out. Based on the version you bought, they will issue you a code. My copy of Prisoner of Azkaban was missing a code too, and they issued me a new one within two minutes of me submitting the request.
