Simple, inexpensive & easy to use. The first one I ordered would not turn on after I uploaded but FOCI support was great and immediatley offered a free exchange as well as the retailer. Not a problem since. I used it to send photos to my daughter at camp. Remember you need to crop photos to be square like the display and maybe zoom in on the area of the picture most important since the display is small. This is not meant to be a real photo frame, it is more of a novelty and if you keep that in mind you should be happy
