Most Helpful Customer Reviews

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful By David Sharpe on February 14, 2010
Format: Hardcover
It doesn't sound like the author has much real experience. The book reads like it was done by a badly out of touch with reality and inexperienced academic. There are much betters books out there on the topic - like Eoghan Casey's new one.
