This is the best quality hipcase that I have found! It is a little difficult to make selections through the plastic, protective screen covering at first but you soon learn to adjust. Every other case and brand I looked at were very cheaply made (which I did not feel they would protect anything in a drop or bump) or did not have the belt clip. I highly recommend this product due to it's quality, looks, and functionality!

Have to agree with other reviewer - quality is cut above other cheapy items I have ordered (basically, to be fair tho, you get what you pay for).

Ipod nano 5g fits extremely snugly in case leaving entire front completey encased in plastic. Good for screen, not that great for wheel but not a major problem - still remains responsive thru plastic. It is rather a struggle to get out, which will be a pain if you were planning to use the camera a lot (which i wasn't, particularly, but just noting.) The ipod slides in from the top and the tight fit and a slight material bar on the bottom left corner help keep the ipod in the case. This leaves the bottom largely open so you can plug in the connector without having to remove from the case, however, the earplug jack area is a seriously tight fit for non-ipod earphone jacks. Managed to get it to fit but, again, a bit of a struggle.

Back includes belt clip nicely covered in same material as case (instead of naked plastic or metal.) Downside is that I hang mine from my keychain and lanyard and there is no built in metal loop to attach a keyring or lanyard clip.

Still, this is a nice quality product and I recommend it to others if the specs work for them.

This case was perfect. The case was of good quality, the ipod fit snuggly, but could still be easily pulled out if needed. Like it a lot!

This case is very protective. I've dropped my iPod multiple times when it was is the case and it didn't break or scratch. The iPod Nano fourth generation fits snugly in the case, but sometimes it will slide about an eighth-inch towards the top.

There are only two reasons I rated this item with four stars instead of five. The first is that it is difficult to use the click wheel through the plastic. A simple solution is to get a pocket knife and cut the plastic where it covers the click wheel. I did this and now the click wheel is much easier to use--and the case wasn't damaged from cutting the plastic.

The second reason is that the USB port cannot be accessed through the case. Every time I need to hook the iPod up to the computer I have to take it out of the case. This isn't a big deal. but the iPod is very vulnerable to scratches when it's out of the case.

Cons:

-Plastic covers click wheel

-USB port not accessible

-Screen scuffs easily when you put the iPod into the case and take it out. I would recommend putting a screen protector on the iPod screen.

Overall this is a bang for the buck. If you want a protective, earth friendly flip case for a cheap price, get this case. The belt clip is also very handy for activities that require both hands.

I've been using it for several months with no fraying or cracking. The only nuisance is that the plastic covers the trackpad and it is really frustrating to use. I ended up just cutting out the bottom of the plastic after I realized that it wasn't going to improve with use. Other than that, it's really good for the price.

I am super paranoid about keeping my electronic gadgets safe. Especially my first ipod ever!

I love this product. I love that it's eco-friendly. It's super durable, study ( i have dropped my ipod accidentally a few times!) and keeps my ipod safe. It does take a little time getting used to rolling the wheel from above the transparent cover. Also, I can connect my earphones and my charger without having to take the ipod from my case.
