Almost good,

This review is from: Digital Peripheral Solutions QSB180 Q-See Fingerprint Doorlock with Keypad - Right Hand (Electronics)
I recieved the lock and installed very fast and easy with no other tool, except a hammer, because the kit includes a hand drill, files, screwdriver and a whole bunch of screws and two different size latches. In my point of view, too much stuff you will never use (except for the driver and maybe the files) and you paid for. Anyway is better to have them as extra, than to be in need of them. After configuring according to instrucctions, which are preaty poor and like if a chinese (no offense, just because of the country of origin) in a hurry translated it, skipping some details. I started testing the lock, and after five or six operation cycles, It just stucked closed, and no more mechanic inside-movement was heard. Thinking that it may be tempetarure protected (which may be ridiculous as it says to be designed for moderate traffic) I let it stand an hour or so to test it again with the same frustrating result. So my new high-tech biometric lock, was a 6 pound piece of junk, of course, plus all the innecesary hardware mentioned before. As it was installed on my out-of-the-country house, it may be a big trouble to take it back to US for waranty, so I proceded to remove the rear cover, take out the electronic board and reach the electromechanic part, to discover that there was a little low-end plastic gear, out of its position. I repositioned it and tested it a couple of times with the same result: the same low-end plastic gear out of place. After some more work and deliveration, I decided to lube the gears with silicone based grease an reassemble the unit. I has been about a month of six times a day opperation and it is working fine now. If you can aford it, get a better one

Unlike the other reviewer, I did not receive drills, etc but just the lock and some extra screws. Installation was easy and it has been working well so far (at least for the last few days).
