Good and affordable product. I didn't rate 5 stars just for a few little limitations. For me it was an excellent buy.
All the others photo frame ( I have seen almost 100 other options), photo frames with similar specifications were over
150 $.
There were even products for more than 70 $, but only showing pictures and without the capability of showing video.
I will try to make a usefull review to the pottencial buyers :
Pros
- The lowest price in the market (In Amazon and for its product category) but without been made of cheep materials and ugly finishing.
- Nice picture (Of course don't spect for hi-def pictures). Considering the price limitations the picture quality is more than I spected.
- Nice and easy to use user interface. (Graphic interface, I haven't read the manual yet, but I could make it work. Please be aware that I know electrical products and computing very well. If you are new to computing or electrical products with graphics interfaces, you must read the manual in order to operate the photo frame ).
- I didn't test the USB connection, but the SD port work fine. For me is a very valuable option since I own a Samsumg digital camera that has a SD memory for the pictures and videos.
- Considering the build, if you mount it in a nice frame (Another frame - not provided- of wood for example) it could we grate hanging in the wall.
- The video mode has the options to pause, fast forward and others video playing possibilities.
- The image size is good for me (For pictures and video).
Cons
- The video option is limited (By my testing, its plays only mpg files, Not Avi, not mpeg4 . Others format I didn't try yet).
- In my testing the video I saw hat a high volume audio and unfortunately the photo frame have no option to turn down or put the volume off. I thing (Not sure) the frame has a video output connection, perhaps with regulable (Volume regulation) external speakers volume could be nicely set.
- The video (Again), the stronger weakness or limitation, was In my testing with some (not much for me) images imperfections in some momentes during video playing.
- There is no "battery" option. In order to function, the frame must be connected to the house power (Electrical) supply.

In an overall review. You pay very low money but get a very good products, with some limitations of course but none of them
stronger enough to give a rate lower than 4 stars.

This was 50% less than 5.6" photo frames from other brands, and on top of that it came with speakers so I was able to play multi-media slideshow with photos and mp3s. One thing nice about this digital photo frame is that, while the screen is smaller than 7" photo frames, it load my photos much faster and feels more responsive. This is helpful as I tend to put some large photos on my media card as I don't have the time to downside every photo I like.

You definitely get what you pay for with this product so its kind of hard to complain but if I had to do it again I wouldn't choose this one. You have to keep the memory card/stick in the frame in order to play the pictures. It falls a lot when you try to use the stand to set it on a table. The picture is pretty good tho. Its an ok thing if you just really don't want to spend the money but I wouldn't.

I am totally impressed with the functionality, the frame itself is just plastic but for the price it looks great! I really recommend this Digital Photo Frame. It even takes the old CF cards which I use in my Canon EOS.

I bought this for my mom and she just got her first grandchild a month ago so we put all the new babies pic.'s in it and it works and looks great.

This was a gift for my ancient mother and being my mother, she was thrilled with it and wouldn't dream of saying anything bad. I bought it because of the small size (perfect for her small apartment) and for the price. I found the operating manual lacked critical information but I finally, through trial and error, discovered it was not too difficult for me (she'd never in a million years figure it out). But the bottom line, what was important for me was the qualiity of the display: it was very grainy and consistently lacked the proper color balance. Highs and lows were there (lows in abundance) but the middle tones were lacking. I attribute that to the very low screen resolution.

My recommendation: if you can afford to spend a little more, do so. Or be prepared to be disappointed.

Could not get it to play video; pictures change MUCH slower than the menu says; menu is not well organized.

I bought this for my wife, and while I am rather tech savvy,
it was only because I am fluent in German, that I was able to figure this thing out and get the instrutions back to English.

Resolution is not the greatest, but it is a cute presentation once you get an
mp3 loaded with your photos.

I can't get it to play videos. I'm using an SD card 1gig size. It seems to recognize that a file is there but won't play it. I'll raise my rating if anyone can tell me what to do to get it to work. Otherwise, I'll send this back.
