An excellent compendium of theoretical topics in DTSP
A one-stop shop of technical information on digital signal processing. I wanted information on block signal processing and found at least five useful references on the subject. This book has saved me days in independent research.

dissapointing
This is definitely not a handbook. It is a collection of papers. The index is missing basic items like Modified cosine transform - MDCT, Short time Fourier transform - STFT, Hanning window, so one cannot tell if they are included.
