4.0 out of 5 stars great camera bag
This camera bag is very compact and have nice room for storage. The only downside to this bag is that it does not have an efficient way to store a tripod. One thing I really like about this bag though, is that in the bottom there is a pull-out rain bag that is attached to the camera bag, so you can walk in the rain and not get your bag wet. All in all, I give this camera...

2.0 out of 5 stars LowePro Imitation product
When you search for "lowepro slingshot 200 aw" this product is in the list. But this is just a look alike of lowepro slingshot 200 aw.

This product is not from LowePro. It is Similar, functional, lower cost alternative but not an apple to apple comparison in quality.

The high shipping cost to & fro makes it less meaningful to return (the...

5.0 out of 5 stars Why pay for a Lowepro?, March 20, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Photo Digital Camera Sling Shoulder Backpack Bag 3 Lenses Adjustable Divider C1000 (Misc.)
I am thrilled with this bag. I had been looking at buying the Lowepro version, but found this. I am a brand freak, but I couldn't pass up this deal. Based on other reviews, I decided to buy it. I made a great choice. I have only had it for a few days, so I cannot attest to longevity, but the build is fabulous. I actually took it to a camera store where I was having a class and compared it to the Lowepro version and only saw minor cosmetic differences. The gal working at the store actually was looking at my bag trying to figure out when they changed the zipper pulls on the Lowepro given that they are the only noticeable difference. So if you have been looking at the Lowepro 200AW, or even the 100AW, stop looking and order this one instead.

If you are interested, in the main compartment I have a Nikon D40 with 35mm lens attached, 18-55mm, 55-200mm, SB-400 flash, battery charger and cables. Top pocket has a couple filters in their cases and some paperwork with lots of room to spare. The only thing I have in the front pocket is a Lenspen and a couple pens. There is plenty of space in this bag.

One other thing, the company has very fast shipping. I ordered on Sunday, it shipped out Monday afternoon, had it on Wednesday. They ship from New York and I am in Oregon. Out the door and across the country in 3 days is incredibly impressive to me.

Edit on 4/9/10 - Thought I would update this. I am so happy I bought this bag. I just got back from a trip to Pittsburgh and this bag was with me the whole time. It fit beautifully under the seat on the plane. Was very easy to take off. I carried it almost everywhere and even though I had all my equipment with me the weight was barely noticeable. The strap and back of the pack are very well padded. I love the easy access to my camera. I had several times I may have missed a shot, but I just swung the pack around, unzipped the camera, and shot away. Very cool!! My only complaint is there is really nowhere to stick a tripod, but that is only a minor issue to me. I still highly recommend this to everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great amusement park companion, November 14, 2009

Bought this item after a long search. Worked great on the plane to Florida and then through Disneyworld and Sea World. Fit small dslr, extra batteries, cables, iPod, headphones and a few snacks. Distributes weight well like a backpack but swings easy to front to get the camera or other items. Comes in handy because I felt I never missed a shot. Plus I didn't have to take it off for a bus ride or park ride - just swing it to the front. Plus the rain bag was handy for the water rides and short pm shower. Since I don't have extra camera lenses it left room for more stuff in the main compartment which you can configure to you liking. I even fit q book for the plane ride. Overall a good design and size. Room for tripod on the outside. Doesn't have a place for a water bottle but you can cetainly hang one off the side which I will do in the future.

Excellent item! Compared to its high dollar competition this goes head to head. Small differences that you can only see if comparing side by side i.e. zipper pulls. Built in rain cover is great works perfect for travel short or long trips. Had to improvise a little to get tripod on it but other than that I have zero complaints.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fits my needs, June 14, 2011

This bag was a little smaller than I expected but has worked out quite well. I had to reconfigure the inside compartments a little to make things fit better. It holds my Pentax K-x with 55mm lens and extra 200mm lens along with a flash in the main compartment. In the top compartment I have extra batteries, usb cable, handheld GPS and in the front zipper pocket I have extra SDHC cards and lens cleaning accessories. Everything fits well and is secure. It is padded enought that it seems like it will give plenty of protection and is comfortable to wear on your back.

4.0 out of 5 stars Durable, but too small for SLR, December 25, 2010
This review is from: Photo Digital Camera Sling Shoulder Backpack Bag 3 Lenses Adjustable Divider C1000 (Misc.)
I have had this bag for a year and it shows no sign of wear - impressive. The only negative I have is that my Nikon D5000 will not fit in the bag with the stock zoom lens on it. Would like for the padding on the inside to be more flexible. Some lycra at the pad joints would accomplish this nicely. The weatherproof cover is great and easily accessible. I would recommend this bag for sure.

4.0 out of 5 stars Just Arrived, January 20, 2012

The bag just arrived today so I cannot speak to longevity, however I can say it arrived very quickly and appears to be solidly made. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated considering some of the reviews I read before purchasing, however it is not too small. I like the stabilization strap that many sling bags do not have, with this one hooked the bag wont be sliding all over the place is you are an individual like me who loves to have camera on hand while hiking. I also like the added rain shield that is attached and stored away in the bottom of the bag, easily accessible for the rain and keeping your gear dry. I am still working on the arrangement of the bag (compartment adjusting.) I have a canon rebel xs with an 18-55mm lens and a tamron 75-200mm lens, filters, extra battery and memory card and it all fits, it's just a matter of which is going to be the most convenient way as there isn't a whole lot of extra room.I do have a tri-pod but have not even considered the feasibility of possibly attaching it to the bag, I think that might be too big of a stretch. If I were to mention any concern with the bag or its construction at the moment it would be the zipper tabs they appear to be plastic which could be a concern for some. All in all I am very pleased with the bag and the build. Sure we would all love to have the best of the best and lifetime warranties but if the cash flow isn't there I would say this is a great alternative.

5.0 out of 5 stars camera sling bag, September 26, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Photo Digital Camera Sling Shoulder Backpack Bag 3 Lenses Adjustable Divider C1000 (Misc.)
I bought this for a nikon 3100, w a standard lens and 200mm. This bag has plenty of room for my camera and lens. I can carry either lens on the camera equally well in this bag. at some point I would like a 300mm and I think it might be tight to carry on the camera but it would fit. There is plenty of room for extra battery, filters, keys, money, etc. A flash would be ok if it wasn't huge, but a large flash definitely wouldn't fit with two extra lenses.
The bag is well constructed, zippers easy to operate, and it is easy to move around to get your camera out. I do wish they would have sent a diagram of how it goes on, it took me a bit to figure out how to slip it on.
I have been using it for a couple months now and no problems.

5.0 out of 5 stars D SLR Newby Likes it!, June 13, 2011

This review is from: Photo Digital Camera Sling Shoulder Backpack Bag 3 Lenses Adjustable Divider C1000 (Misc.)
I just purchased my Nikon D3100 after much research so that I can take better pictures of my son and new baby boy on the way. I had to order something to carry it in because I was petrified to take my camera out of the house without a case. I chose the sling because it looks convenient when you are on the go which seems to be when you would want a camera anyway. After reading many reviews, I chose the 4 Lens One Polar Bag because the price was right and it seemed silly to spend over one hundred dollars when I am a novice photographer. I had read a few reviews that the straps weren't comfortable for women, so that was the first thing that I checked when it came in the mail. Amazingly, it fits perfectly! (and I am currently 8 and 1/2 months pregnant.) I haven't taken it out of the house yet, but had to get on and share this with anyone shopping as it was the one negative that made me hesitate before ordering. Everything fits well and I can even easily switch from having the pack on my back and "slinging" it around for easy access to my camera. So far I highly recommend this pack. Why spend more just for a name when this meets all of the requirements for your run of the mill home photographer? (and even more professional types according to several other reviews) I'll be sure to add to my review after taking it out with our growing family to follow up on the durability. As my toddler says, "Buy it, buy it!"
