I received this item at an APO/AE address in about 7 days. Extremely fast shipping. Was concerned about shipping price, contacted seller and received a prompt and courteous response. Has 3 levels of heat and on level 3 took a few minutes to get used to the heat with plenty of perspiration afterwards. I give it 5 stars because with the added heat it took less time to perspire than a regular belt without the heat. Do not be misguided, this will not get rid of all your fat alone, it will merely assist with excersie in losing it faster. You will still have to put some effort in losing the gut.

The product is supposed to warm up to 5 levels, but it only works up to level 3. You can use it for sored back, colics, stomach pain, painful menstruation, sore back, arthritis, spondylitis, but do not use it to sweat and lose weigh because it doesn't work for that.

I had a little problem receiving my belt in a timely manner. I told the owner he should have told us that it could only be delivered with a signature.
