This product is crap, do not waste your money. The company that makes this (Proofpronto) has a ridiculous return policy that says (at the very bottom of course) that they don't take any returns on surveillance items. So if you get this, your stuck with it no matter what. It doesn't work well, battery doesn't last long and it "motion activates" for no reason, so you don't catch what you need because your battery and memory card are gone on nothing. It's described as "sound activated", but that's wrong and they can't be bothered to describe the product accurately.
Do not buy this.

Gee, I wonder if it's taking video? Doesn't matter though, the drivers don't work on Win7, tried XP and still doesn't work. Don't waste your money, this thing doesn't work at all. You think plug-n-play may do the trick... don't kid yourself. It doesn't even show up as a readable disk drive so there's now way to even download your videos, if they even exist.

i have not received this product i sent emails to the responsible party, explaining that it shows the item has been shipped. but no item is in the office. i sent them my address. i did forget to put the apt.# when i 1st joined amazon, so yes it was my mistake at 1st. i went into the office and asked the people working if they have a package 4 me and they indicated that they have not received any packages. i believe i have given this matter ample to to be corrected. the money was taken out of my checking within hours of purchasing this item. i do hope this issue can be resolved. thank you Eric
