The response and service from this merchant was prompt and very good but unfortunately like previous reviewers I have to agree that clarity of the recorded voice is not clear and the 10secs too short. Although the price is very reasonable factoring in shipping this may not be worth the effort to purchase.

Loved the idea of this item but unfortunately the product playback sounds horrible. It's difficult to understand the recording even if it's your own voice! Let alone a recording of someone else's voice. Honestly, my daughter has had a few different recordable voice spy/warp toys that worked better than this! I think that's what I will purchase instead.

I bought this item for my 90 year old mother who often couldn't remember what she wanted to tell me. I knew from prior reviews that the sound was not good but decided to purchase this item because of the price and mom could give the extra recorder to her friend. I guess I should have listened to other people because the sound quality really makes the unit almost unusable. The first time mom used it I was excited and listened to the playback and couldn't make out what she was saying and of course she had forgotten what she had said. Also, it doesn't seem to work correctly all the time and beeps even when the button is not touched. Spend a few bucks more for a recorder with good sound quality.

The batteries were bulging and had to be replaced, perhaps due to cold weather shipping?
The recorders don't work very well now. The cover bulges and doesn't cover properly.

Huge waste of money, junk. Save your money. Will only record one message and you can't understand it when you play it back.

This product is ok.. but I wish the voice and recording quality was better. I do like the size of the device. It can not be easily lost.

For $6.00 apiece, I thought these would be better quality. They are very "tinny" and your voice is very "garbled". I was disappointed. . .

i have not opened this product yet after reading the reviews i hope to return this item 10 seconds is not long enough to say very much at all
