Digitech PSS3-120 Power Supply for GNX2, GNX3, GNX3000, GNX4, J-Station

I've had 2 problems with this adapter:

1. If you use this with a less stable power supply (e.g. a generator) that's not load-balanced, it likely will fail - I've blown out 3 of these under such conditions and the GNX 3000 I use it with doesn't run on batteries and there's no protection circuitry in either. Note that other power supplies with other effects pedals on the same circuit did not fail and were fine. There's no fuse in either the GNX 3000 or the power supply system (which would be a nice cost-saving measure), so you're stuck with replacing the power supply. I recommend keeping a spare on hand.
2. the wire/ wire support on the low voltage side isn't very good. If you transport it around and use it a lot, the wire will break eventually so treat it carefully.

So, compared to other power supplies on other electronics, it's inferior, but it's the only choice you have.

Initially, I was concerned about whether or not this adapter would work since I was unable to find this item anywhere - including Digitech's website. This item shipped very quickly (about 5 days) and worked as advertised. Very satisfied.

This product is excellent! Delivery was excellent.

I bought it to replace the original, due to my not realizing that I should have unplugged it from the wall when not in use. I left it plugged in for 6 years straight. So, obviously it is a quality product.

Does exactly what its supposed to do. and the seller shipped it ultra fast too.

This photo is so real, it actually produces power. I only expected a cool photo that I could hang on my wall and admire day after day. To my surprise, however, when I received the photo, it magically powered up the GNX. Now after having it for several weeks now, I can't tell the difference between the photo and the real thing...they both work! Though, i can't seem to find the photo or the old power supply. I wouldn't be surprised if that old GNX came up missing real soon. Anyway, I like the photo of this power supply so much. I never move it from that position. Doesn't it just look wonderful? Rock and roll is so cool; it just drives me coo coo nut-cakes!

I am a happy customer of Digitech effects; the GNX series has a great sound posibilities and easy programming for the guitarrist...I love this sound and It only can be compared to another giant:Boss GT series!!!!
