Product Description

The "digitsaver" pinch guard addresses more issues than that of pinched fingers. It allows life to function just a bit more smoothly...and, as most parents of young children know, that can make all the difference in the world. **Blocks door open to prevent young children (or pets) from accidentally locking themselves in a room. **Prevents door from blowing shut due to an open window or forced air heater. **Comes in a variety of animals and colors. **Made from velvety soft man-made polyester fabric and stuffing. **Produced to the highest International Safety Standards. **Head and neck have been reinforced with cotton stuffing for additional safety. **Fits most door knobs. Can even be used on double (French) doors when positioned properly. **Easy to install, no tools required, just attach to any doorknob. To use, simply attach donut-shaped ring with animal head onto the outside knob of door with animal head sticking out into the door jam. With elastic positioned underneath the animal head, pull the elastic over and attach to the inside knob of door. Proper placement will reduce the risk of fingers being pinched or injured. **Does not cause damage to hinges or door frames like other similar products on the market.

This product works well. It is a little large and the elastic doesn't fit around my doors, but the product stays in place and has already saved my toddler's fingers many times.

5.0 out of 5 stars Safety and Appeal, July 10, 2006
This review is from: DigitsaverTM Door Pinch Guard Dog (Baby Product)
This little dog has saved quite a few fingers. My curious 17 month old LOVES to slam doors. With the digitsaver, he can play with the "doggy door", but can't slam it shut. No worries about loud slams or pinched fingers, and my happy boy likes the little critter. I would recommed this to any parent!
