I miss them,
By a-to-b books "a-to-b books" (Hollywood) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Dilophosaurus (Dinosaur Library Series) (Library Binding)
From another book in this dinosaur series:
Surprise find!!!, February 6, 2008 By Ed (San Francisco) - See all my reviews This book is not the usual dinosaur book. It tells the story of a female nothosaurus while she looks for food, lays her eggs and encounters other prehistoric creatures. The most unique aspect is that the story is not the typical bloodbath found in many of the other dinosaur books. The graphics are more like paintings and they are probably not scientifically accurate. In the hands of a young child, this book does nothing but spark the imagination. I found this book used and brought it home for my son. He loves the pictures as well as the story. I found one of the other books in the series and will most likely buy several others. |
